Design & Build

This was the second scheme undertaken for Braemose Properties and was a negotiated contract.

The project involved the development of luxury state-of-the-art accommodation in close proximity to Nottingham City Centre.

The scheme consisted of a mixture of 38 single storey and duplex apartments, linked via a glazed atrium. The internal fit-out is to a very high specification with a high degree of M+E content including CCTV and a fully integrated ventilation system.

Contract Period: 62 weeks

The project was finished off with an award winning landscaping scheme, that made full use of the natural caves carried out in the rock, with the site’s location being at the foot of Nottingham Castle.

The overall scheme was commemorated with a regional JCC Craftsmanship Award in recognition of the outstanding workmanship achieved.
