A new two storey office block and workshop in the centre of Burton on Trent is the new home of WT Parker a well established mechanical and electrical contractor.

The office was constructed to a high specification internally and with a traditional brick exterior and feature wall at the front of the building.

The works included the surrounding car park and landscaped areas.

Contract Period: 36 weeks

The project involved phased demolition to allow WT Parker to continue operations throughout the construction period.
