Construction of a multi-practice health care development to provide an excellent health care environment.

The facility has been designed with flexibility and future uses in mind.

The main elements of the construction are piled foundations, structural steel framework, in-situ concrete floors etc.

Contract Period: 50 weeks

This 2200m² state of the art facility will enable the practices to deliver improved access, offering greater flexibility and a welcoming environment for their patients and staff.

The internal fit out will accommodate four GP practices with 35 consulting rooms, including a minor surgery and a purpose built clinical suite serving around 25,000 patients.
