Design & Build

The work consisted of the initial preparation of the existing green field site to receive a mixture of developments including; residential, retail and healthcare. This was the second of two schemes constructed on the site for LSP Developments Ltd, the first being the Barchester Care Home.

All of the work was procured on a negotiated basis using a standard JCT Design & Build form of contract.

The project consisted of Retail Units on the ground floor with 2 storey Residential Flats above and a separate large workshop adjacent.
Car Parking, Hard Paving, External Works and Landscaping were also provided to serve these units.
