Design & Build

This project consisted of the construction of a two storey timber frame development to provide a residential care home for the elderly and dementia patients.

This new build project is a residential facility for 45 people plus a day-care centre and living areas which were specifically designed to help people suffering with dementia. The building consists of bedrooms, along with communal recreational and dining facilities.

The scheme also consisted of landscaping and seating areas for the patients.

Contract Period: 48 weeks
