Design & Build

This project involves the total internal refurbishment and redecoration of the oldest hotel in the city centre of Nottingham.

The scheme also involves new mechanical and electrical services, upgraded walls, floors and ceilings and replacement windows throughout the building.

Contract Period: 18 weeks

The historic building in George Street has seen all 75 rooms and corridors renovated and has been upgraded to a boutique 4 Star Hotel.
