We would like to inform visitors to the G F Tomlinson Building offices on Alfreton Road of possible delays due to road closures.

Alfreton Road has been shut as the result of a burst water pipe causing damage to the road surface and a nearby bridge.

A spokesperson for Severn Trent said: “Further investigations on the Alfreton Road are still to be completed which means the road is not ready to be safely reopened.”

Diversions are in place; if you are approaching from the A61, please follow diversion signs towards Mansfield Road, and then take the 3rd exit at the roundabout onto Alfreton Road.
